ARRRGH Dodgy Mechanic

I took my pajero in to a gearbox and diff specialist to have a vibration that occurs around 100-110kph checked out.
He put the car on the hoist and said the tailshaft could be bent. There was no sign of damage to it but he sent it off to be checked. He called to tell me it was bent and would need to be re-tubed.
I went and picked the car up tonight and after ten seconds on the freeway I could tell it wasn't fixed, so I went back and he tells me to get the wheels balanced.(Why not check that first?) I did this and the problem remains.
Suddenly a guy who seemed like a decent bloke is not so friendly anymore. Even before I took it back, I noticed a leak under the car and he wasn't pleased, telling me it could be the transfer case seal. I asked if he replaced it and he said I didn't ask him to ???
So I now have a car in my driveway that leaks oil and vibrates after having paid to have it repaired. So tomorrow I have to go back and argue over it again, when all I did was walk in off the street and offer to give this guy money.
Anyway, that's my whinge for the day.
