Regardless of other considerations, 4" shackle lift? Tell 'im he's dreamin'!

They look like they'd bent on the first speed hump you hit.

might be alright.......ON A GOKART!!!! wouldnt put em on my cruiser tho. I made my own about three year ago, easy as, just make sure you put a decent sized bolt threw the centre to stop them leaning apart and flogging out bushes

not a hope in hell, if they shackles didnt fail, the angle would be so f***ed up that the spring would bend or crack in no time

They look like they aren't welded across either, which means that each side of an individual shackle can move relative to the other... so even if they didn't bend they'd still twist fark out of the springs.

id use them on my car......

thats sitting on my garage floor... they are made of 5mm steel maximum, compared to the 10 or 12mm recomended.

stainless bolts in the body lift kit too, instead of high tensile :?

by RockyF75
So, if it's giving 4" of lift, they will have to be 8"s longer than a standard shackle anyway :? Unless your going to have shackles on each end of the spring

Yeh, the snake extended shackles are cop magnets too! They are bright red and ive had m8's get done (3 of) for em. They all got put on the hoists and done. But thats not stopping you from goin to supercheap and buying black paint for 2 bucks.
