Lifted springs for MK s/w

Hi there just chasing some nu springs for the old beast, but I'll be farked if I'm paying 1200 for new ones.....almost worth as much as the truck

get some longer shackles. it will sit higher n flex nicely.
if the springs are bad tho try some wrecker spec ones.or shop around ive heard of efs ones selling for 600ish a set

You know your acturaly meant to get exstended shackles checked out by some certified guy in QLD.

repco have springs not bad price, i got xhd raised for the front for about 90 each and the rear are just hd raised they were 150. stock height mite be a bit cheaper

Yeah mate what i should have done first up just get longer main leaves 1.5 - 2 inches. Get all your old leaves reset a bit further wack in the new mains and ur lifted.
I ended up with a 2inch over standard kit. NOT high enough but this cost me 1300$ so i just got longer mains.. Set packs again.. fitted 2inch extened 75series shackles. Now the old girl flexes very well, I can gain a lot if a fitted longer shocks again.
In all 4 longer main leaves wont set u back much, i got all 4 for 100$ because they sat in the blokes shop for 4 months. Theres only one way to get what you want and thats to build it urself

mate, iam about to move house an i got some layin round that havent been used squat. was saving them for my own, but mines not sagged, so would be a waste.
