Old Hiace vans ran them, I know you can direct swap to some hiluxs, not sure if its all of em.

early hiace vans have then if you get a center they will bolt straight into the hilux diff housing and the RD01 locker fits in em, just call like comercial van wreckers etc and ask for a hiace 5.29 ratio diff.
Dont try to explain what you want to do with it as it only causes confusion in poor redneck wreckers heads.

I got mine from Toyhatsu spares in Vic

$125 each but that was a while ago

Ive tried Toyhatsu and they have nothing at the moment , Any where else i can try ?

where are you based 96_lux ???
get out the yellow pages and start call wreckers (ones that specialise in vans is your best bet)
i remember calling nearly 20 wreckers in sydney to find just 1

i got mine with hypolux front the same place that oldyella got his

if u find some buy a few sets coz if u drive it slightly hard and run bigger than standard tyres then u will need spares i went thru 8 sets in 12months lucky i was only payin 100 ea

i put in an after market job from g&j gears and it lasted 4 trips and blew up both the crown and pinion :x
