Torque settings for a 351 Windsor

Hi guys, i'm just after the torque settings for the head, main and big end bolts on my 351 windsor?

these are from a manual..
cyl. head
1st 55ft/lb
2nd 65ft/lb
final 100ft/lb
mains
105ft/lb
con rod
45ft/lb
these figures are for a 351 windsor
