Outer Limits 4x4 Board

need to fit some form of idle up on my sd33 turbo ip for when cold and ac on as rpm drops too much...
i know its standard when orig fitment to patrols with ac...

thing is over here (uk) none have (turbo or ac) so need to make one..any good pics please so can see where fit and what they are??

There should be an engine idle hand control, it's a small knob that you pull to adjust, then turn to lock it off so that desired rpm is mantained. It's a factory design for when they had the P.T.O
You could make one with a engine stop cable, just run it through to the throttle assm. and use it the same as you would to shutdown, however it will control engine rpm

get it retuned. a diesel shouldnt even notice the a/c coming in. my guess is idle is set to low or the timing is retarded i think it is.

otherwise if its just cold idle use ya throttle lock untill it warms up. you shouldnt be driving it while its that cold it doesnt wanna idle anyways

it is tuned...if it dont notice ac coming in then why do nissan use an idle up solenoid that comes in when ac turned on???

re dont drive it till warmed up..yeah right...leave it for 30mins then??it gets cold here...

yes tick over could be a tad low,but its fine see when hot...turn it up more and its too high when hot..need this solenoid(pics of s can make)

was waiting for someone else to do it. If i dont get it done today, feel free to hassle me till i do it for ya.
