im looking at getting new coils and trying to find out which are the better ones to get? im happy with my dobbinsons at the moment, but then i here people are having sagging problems. im looking at ethier 3" or 4" with a 2" body lift. id like to go with the 3" but unsure if it will clear 35's satisfactory. it on a gq wagon.

fully loaded for touring, or only a weekender?

I didn't vote, but i've got efs and have been pretty happy with em. They've sagged but after about 6yrs+ of heavy use and abuse.

You'll need to go 4" lift to properly fit 35's under offroad conditions without doing damage.

On a GQ I've found the best set up to run 35" tyres is 2" body lift and 2" suspension lift with a guard cut.

Still has awesome handling and if you get the guards cut right it looks factory.

You also have more of a chance of a warranty with 2" and so much more variety in load carrying available.

Probably the best advice is to get coils and springs that match one another. No use buying really stiff springs with really soft shocks that arent going to be able to match the spring rate.

There is probably 500 people on here with a mix of all the gear that you have posted, and each person will have a good, bad or in-different story. It also depends on how much you have to spend. There appears to be allot of good stories about the ride and handling quality of OME gear, as well as being backed by their nationwide warranty service. They also seem to be reasonably priced too, unless you have the kahunas to fit the LTR's, but then you are paying for a fairly specialist product.
