divorced transfer case

im after any information ppl have on MQ MK divorced transfers.
ie, what year car. what engine.
i would also like to now how the handle high power. ie V8s with hard shifting autos .

L28 wagons had them, not all though, some 4 speeds and auto's

Have read in Pirate4x4.com that they are pretty strong, although low range ratio is almost as bad as the GQ/GU.--BUT from looking at the one i have on the bench here, internals look pretty strong, and linkages look easy to adapt to other set-ups--mounting could be tricky though..

G'day i just removed one from my lwb mq its in good working order comes with cross member if you want it
i just put a shortwheel base 5 speed in with the transfer on the back so if your keen give me a buzz on 0448042091
