sagging

I've got a hilux 1990 xtra cab ute, it came with a gas tank when i bought it 2ndhand years ago, but sags at the back due to the gas tank , what do i do to lift it up ?

New springs, Get old ones re-set. get some flat bar a bit thicker than what it's sagged and some longer centre bolts cut and drill flatbar to lenght of spring perch and drill right sized hole remove old centre bolt and fit longer one with liftblock atached then do up U bolts and it's done but prob best doing one of the first 2 options i said
