Idle for my 1.6 Zook

I can't figure this out.

When it starts in the morning, idle is fine at 1ooorpm.

After a brief drive it will idle at 2000.
Further driving may see the idle drop to 1500. Even after 60 mins!
In the afternoon it doesn't do it.

In the morning it will run on, and I have pop a gear to get the motor to stop.

Any ideas?

Carby.

If the idle is adjusted it stalls when hot.

It the timing different between hot and cold?

What controls cold idle?

auto choke i believe?
mine doesnt have a auto choke ;) it never has worked..
ill take a pic of the part that was faulty on mine.. also my old throttle spring was soo weak it wouldnt pull back so it stayed at 3000 :|
not sure what could be causing the stall when hot issue though.

Auto choke. Sounds right.

I'm going through heaps of fuel now due to this idle issue... Grrrrrrr

The stall when hot only happends when I turn the cold idle down to stop it cold idling at 2000.

Does anyone think the issue could be faulty advance mech in the dizzy? Does this happen to Zooks?

Would it have a idle bypass circuit?
