My box trailer is parked outside and with this rain I'm worried about water staying in the corners and seams and the tray rusting. Is there a sealer (Sikaflex maybe ?) that I can run around all the seams to seal it from the elements?

Local smash repair shop should be able to help you.

I can remember what the brand was that i used but theres a heap out there that work the same.

Just ask for seam sealer.

autobarn,

that's were i got a tin of the stuff, they say to brush it on. but "smearing" it on with your finger works wonders.
just make sure that every thing is clean or it won't stick. i wiped the seams down with "prepsol".

I got this from a smash repairer. 3M makes it, called Heavy Drip Check Sealer. Its what they use on repaired vehicles. Pretty excy though, smallish tube, same size as a tube of silicone, just under $20, but its supposed to be the real thing.
