I use a Staun Massojet to do the underbody cleaning of my Rocky, using a Salt Assault formula to break down corrosive particles and its meant to leave a protective coating also.

I also use a spray pack of CT18 Truck wash (you connect the hose to the pack and it draws some solution out with the hose water) and spray all over car body and underbody, it foams up and I leave for 10mins, then wash off with the hose.

You could always get on the ground and hose underneath really well, and stick the hose nozzle into each chassis rail to flush it out. This makes sure it won't rust from the inside-out.
The first time I did this you should have seen all the crap come out

Do u have water restrictions in your area? If so, go to a hand held carwashing place.

If you care about your Rocky, you'll stop using CT18, especially in that manor. The stuff is harsh, get a decent truck wash like Shell Dobatex Gold (teepol) much better stuff and not as harsh on the paint. If you've seen what CT18 does to the paint on trucks, because they get washed very frequently, you'll see why most don't use it to wash their trucks.

Really?

I never heard of CT doing stuff like that... damn cheers for the heads up.
I might just use it to wash underneath and thats all from now on :?
