mq v8 conversion 2 gq

can a v8 conversion from a mq short wheel base be used in a gq long wheel base if not which parts wouldn't fit. i have a 4.2 petrol gq and i wanna do a v8 conversion using the original 5 speed and transfer case is in a mq and just wondering what ill need to swap if any

MQ/MK transfer will provide the headace when converting to the GQ.....

Have a look at where the front diff centre on the GQ is in relation to an MQ diff centre

only useful bit is the motor.
mq and gq have very few bits in the driveline that are alike.
