Mines at 16PSI, but has only reached that twice.
Normal, slightly aggressive driving, will see it reach up to 12 PSI.

make sure you know which turbo you are running. i rang denco and they put 3 different turbos out, 1 of them is good for higher boost, the other 2 are not. just give them a ring!

I have a denco kit, t3 style water cooled turbo, modded injector pump with boost compensator, 3 inch mandrel exhaust and 3 inch dump pipe running 16 psi and around 100kw at rear wheels on 33's. The egt does run a bit high at 450 - 500 deg celcius when towing , but other than that it is good.

i ve got oil cooled DENCO 3inch mandrel 3inch dump pipe, running standad boost (i think 8or9psi) i have 83kw at the wheels on 33's, i get very low egts crusing i sit under 200, up hill unerload 300.
my question is, did you guys find a big jump in fuel economy when you boosted it up when you drive normally...... or only when you jump on it???
im thinkin of boostin up cause of low egts's

I HAVE SET MINE UP TO 18 PSI AROUND TOWN, GOES WELL, FOR COMPS EXTRA 1/8 TURN OF FUEL WILL SEE AROUND 24PSI,NO DRAMAS. HAVE FRONT MOUNT COOLER, BUT STILL AVE ABOUT 350* CRUISIN ON HWY AND JUST ON 500* TOWING THE CAMPER UP CUNINGHAMS GAP,WHILE STILLDOING ABOVE THE SPEED LIMIT. FOUND THE COOLER REALLY ONLY ADDED TORQUE NOT HEAPS OF H.P.

... you dont make more power without more fuel.
