2.8D turbo bolt up...

Can someone please confirm for me that this is the same pattern for a 2.8D lux, the 3L.
Im sure its right but i have someone questioning me...

sorry mate that will not fit a 2.8 (3L)without modification
bolt pattern is wrong

whats the turbo/manifold off ?

yep should fit looks like its of a 2.4lt, all you have to do is change the studs around in the head to suit as the 3L heads have heaps of holes, here is mine just before i put a surf turbo manifold with the same pattern as yours

While it's off why not fit a 90 degree housing where the oil filter goes on probably get one off surf or something i got one on mine and with a turbo it'll make easier to change the filter

That also allows you to put the support bracket on that comes with the turbo, mine is only held up by the manifold as I stil have a std filter :oops:

i used the heat tranfer, oil cooler off the surf as it has the oil supply lines for the turbo as well as i now use the surf oil filter which is supposed to be a bit better filtration, except the filter cost over 30 bucks each

I checked out the bolt pattern on the head and see that you can move the studs.
