ok the brain is really just not working today.
99 gu patrol.
the horn is not working.
it has power to the fuse, power out the other side of the fuse, power to the relay, the relay switches..
but no power out to the horn..
i jumped it from the relay to the horn but still nothing, i also tried another horn (it does work 100%) but still nothing..
anyone got any ideas? or know how to bypass it..

What do you mean "the relay switches... but no power out to the horn".
It can't be both unless you've got a broken wire in between.
Or do you just mean that the relay switches but the horn doesn't go? That could be a bad earth at the horn maybe.
... is power going in to the relay?

the relay does switch but from there there is no power to the horn... as you said it could be a broken wire but to find out that i have to pull the front end out to get to it..
i tried jumping it from the output on the relay strait to the horn but no avail.. also tried another relay from the other gu but its the same..the earth on the horn is great..
totally got me stuffed...
