How hard off road are you gonna go?

Simple

rubicon Express 3.5 lift kit. ($$)
T-case lowering pucks....
6" flares ($)
15X8 rims
4.11 or 4.56 diff gears with new diff centers. ($$)

Complicated

Rubicon 4.5" lift. ($$$)
Heavy Duty Slip yoke Eliminator ($)
front and rear adjustable panard rods
6"flares ($)
15X8 Rims
4.56 or 4.88 diff gears with lockers ($$$$)

Whats wrong with the T-case.....will in not engage (linkage) or does it grind?.

I'd just replace it with another one.....wouldn't try to fix jeeps aren't that popular enough to just "fix" (part & knowledge)
i don't need no stinking quote for my sig. line!

How much work are you looking to do yourself? The more you dopurself the more $$ for mods - and obviously the beeter lift kit (they are not all equal ;)).
