Chassis swap

I just picked up an 81 Suzuki ute with a 1.2 Nissan motor fitted already. The chassis has a bit of rust in drivers side & was wondering if a LJ80 chassis would fit under it as i already have 2 complete LJ80s at home to wreck. Also after a roof for the ute.

Although i haven't seen the swap you are refering to, I have seen the reverse of it (LJ Body on Sierra Chassis) - so i think it is pretty fair to assume that the swap will work. However, I expect that you will be making custom body mounts, and possibly adding in a partial body lift to get the body to sit on the chassis as you would like it to.
p.s. Since you won't be wanting those LJ bodies anymore i think you should definately make more space in your shed by passing them onto me

Greg i would be happy to pass them on to you but they are rusty. I've got parts if you need them , going cheap. They're in S.W. Victoria.
