They are trail tough products. I a a big fan of trail tough but I don't like these. They are quite rigid and IMHO the squared off look of them changes the look of the car too much.

try pirhana off road (vic) for their flares. These are very flexible and a lot more subtle. I even saw a pair on a gen 3 hilux the other day! They are very similar to the calmini design.

if the piranha ones you are talking about are the ones on the piranha LWB i dont really like those. I reckon those trailtough ones look awsome, but dang theyre expensive i just discovered, $305 US god damn!

That's where I saw them - on the old BBM zook - I couldn't recall where I had seen them. Perosnally, I reckon they would rip out of the panel before they flexed, but I admit they are very strong.

you can bend them over untill the two ends touch without breaking, my wife has backed my car up against a wall enough to flattern the rear flare out completly- only scratched the paint.

I agree, they are very tough, but I feel they are too rigid to bolt to the sierra panel, especially if the panel has been cut and lost a lot of its rigidity.

Just my opinion - i prefer the look and the flexibility of the calmini style flares available from Pirhana. I am normally a big supporter of the stuff that trailtough sell, but I think these are less than ideal.

just my 2c

If you like that shape and want fairly tough looking flares that don't cost you the earth- try pricing up some 2nd hand stock TJ flares. They fit up very neatly and just need a lil' trimming on the fronts to bend them to shape the zook wheel arches and moulding around the filler cap on the rears. They hold firm with nutcerts in the body and take a hiding offroad without causing damage. ;) Pics of my thing for reference below. Hope this helps :D

They are actually made by Bushwacker and are for a Jeep. Trailtough buy the rear flares only and cut them to suit the Sierra. For some reason bushwacker wont sell them to anyone else and even told me that they will not sell me two sets of rear flares only and I would have to buy a whole set of front and rear. They even denied selling them to Trailtough!
Trailtough must have a contract or something with Bushwacker so noone else can buy them this way. I bought a set through Overkill from Trailtough and they even came in the Bushwacker box, nice way to hide the partnership. You can easily see where they have been cut down to suit the Sierra. I think we might have to approach Bushwacker with some numbers and see if we can get a few of sets. They might be willing for a bulk order.

Actually they do make them for a sierra.
We also import them direct from bushwacker. Trail tuff were just cutting down the rear TJ's.
