Outer Limits 4x4 Board

hi new owner of a 89 swb 4.2ltr petrol maverick and there is a little bit of crunching changing into third gear. Anyone had theirs repaired and know roughly what it costs??

Check the adjustment of your clutch also - is it hard to put into first when still rolling? The freeplay may need to be adjusted.
