HELP: Changing Coolant on a ZD30 GU

I'm about to replace the coolant on my ZD30 motor and being a bit of a greenhorn on this (I used to drive a Mk2 Pajero) I'd really appreciate some help. Pictures/Illustrations are also welcome.

1. Aside from the radiator drain plug, are there other plugs I have to loosen/remove?
2. I have to do this with the engine cold, right?
3. Can the plugs be reused? The unit is a 2002 model with 60,000kms (not used much)
4. How do I reffill the system? Is there a bleed procedure?

Do you know other Patrol forum/resources I can hang out in?
Thanks guys!

take it to a mechanic! it sounds like your gonna do bad rather than good..its simple really. if you dont know what you are doing there are people trained to do it. its not rocket science but it does require some intelligence.

I can do it on my former Pajero and on my old school W123 Mercedes (after some online/offline help).

The Patrol is just a bit new to me (I've only had it for a month or so). That's why I'm asking for some help/tips to avert any goof ups in the process.

I believe I do have some intelligence to go about the process.
