not sure if this has been done b4 but i couldnt find a thread anywere.. just post up ur pics of ur trays.. i am going to be making mine soon so just after some ideas. thanks

The Main hoop was 50NB (60.3mm OD)Pipe with 40NB (48.3mm OD) bracing

Hey mate I can get some over the next few days. Basically there is a cross brace under the tyre with a captive nut in it. The handle just screws down holding the tyre tight and then a padlock is in the bottom of the bolt to keep it there when its parked.
