just wondering if anyone could tell me whick of the rover a-frame rear ends had the longest stroke shocks??
I'm building a 76 rover wagon into a winch comp truck and am using a rangie a-frame on a patrol diff. the engineer has stipulated that i must not increase the available bump or droop by more than a third(of the standard suspension setup). so i'm wondering which of the a-frame rear ends has the longest stroke shocks. ie disco/rangie, early/late.

thanks

jim

AFAIK, all stock Rovers had 8.6" (or so) travel shocks.
