I need help with my zook Unis, Shaft out of wack

Hi
I need help with my zook, Its still vibrating bad when under load, I have checked all my unis and they seem fine, but I stuffed up by not marking the way the shafts go back. I figured out the tailshaft with the two marking on the teeth, But does the jackshaft from the gearbox to the transfer need to go back in a special way? Is ther any markings on the gearbox teeth that should line up with the jackshaft teeth?

Yes i have a similar problem atm. At low speeds taking off under load my rear uni or something near the trans case vibrates up and down well that radiates to the gearbox lever. When driving the gearbox lever is fine but the tranny level vibrates more than normal..
I have checked all CV's nothing loose or sloppy?
Any ideas from the gurus?

There is no special way for the shaft to go in.
What makes you think your unis are OK? that can flog out in a few different ways. They can go tight in only one plane, or they can get loose "up and down" rather than just torsionally.
Heavy vibration under acceleration is also a symptom of poor alignment somewhere in the system.
Bent transfer case arms, broken gearbox/transfer mounts, bent rear springs, SPOA conversions, excessive axlewrap caused by too soft springs... there are lots of possible causes.
Don't rule out a bent rear driveshaft or heavily worn splines on the rear driveshaft too.

know the feeling of a vibrating shaft took awhile to find the culprit,mine where sqeaking really bad in reverse,replaced rear unis front and back,front unis front and back,bugger it ill do the jackshaft while im here out of the 6 unis removed,2 where completely seized the one on front of jackshaft(one closest to gearbox was locked solid)check unis for freeplay both directions not best method but worked on this occasion,

THe jackshaft is often overlooked. depending on car, they actually have more angle on them than the rear tailshaft and spin much faster.
Greg's neighbours dog walkers car had the transfer raised 2" and has a nearly perfectly in line jackshaft, and my 1.0 will be similar once I have finalised the position of the gearbox. The transfer in mine is lifted about 35mm.
Lots of driveline vibration can usually be traced to the jackshaft. Greg's old 660 car actually bound its jackshaft /trashed its unis so badly it exploded the yoke on the gearbox. lucky it was 300m from my house (we were test driving it to trace the annoying vibration

Whilst this probably isnt your problem - can't hurt to ask.....
Have you changed the alignment of the engine / transmission / diff ?
Uni's produce cyclic velocitiy variations as they rotate on angles and if the
shaft axis are significantly out of allignement then nasty vibrations can occur.
