Hey how's it going my name is Eric I just came back from Austrilia and I loved it (I'm from Canada) I want to look into getting a Toyota Dual Cab truck 89-95 body style. It only needs to be the cab with doors and interior I'm going to build a custom frame. I was wondering were would be a good place to look and how much do you think they go for Aprox?

Thanks Eric

Im guessing you want to import one into Canada from Australia?

Do you allready have a Pickup/hilux in this model range to use as a LH/drive doner?

I would be shipping it from austrailia to canada. I allready have a truck here that I would put the body on and all the dash to make it left hand drive. I also have a 7' box that will be going on the truck.

Ok so what you realy need is a cab that has had a slight hit in the front as the radiator support and inner fenders can be cut off here to save on room for transport. The most expensive parts will be the rear doors. You will prob pay $500aus each for good complete ones. A Damaged cab with a hood lining and the rear half of the trim will prob cost you $1000-1500aus. Front doors you can prob source in Canada as they are the same front door as a 4door 4Runner if not you will pay $750aus+ each for a good complete door. Rear glass is the same as a standard cab.

I have no idea on Shipping for this.

What I was hopping to do was get a good cab with rear doors. I can get the front ones for cheap. Then take the dash out of the truck I have now and mount it in the new cab to make it left hand drive. I'll be building a custom frame so doing the stearing will be easy. The truck will be getting mog axles and 35" tires and hopefully a deisel but most likley a vortec 4.3. I'll be putting a deck on the back but for now just a 7' box. It will be the ultimate camping/Expidition truck.
