Hello I have started up a web site at
http://www.suspensionstuff.com.au to supply quality suspension at discounted prices. But I need your help to make it great. It has been Outerlimits that has given me the incentive to start up a suspension business to begin with so your continued help would be appreciated.
I would like to give specific advice on each vehicle so I can be more informative and also give specific advice on each product. Some pics would also be good as I have just nicked mine off the net.
For everyone who has helped me I will give a further discount when you are ready to buy if it is within the next 2 years.
It is still very much a work in progress and there will be heaps more brands so not only Lovells, Dobinsons, EFS, Procomp, Superior Engineering etc but soon I will be putting up Kings, Bilstein, Koni and other brands so advice on them also would also be appreciated. I don’t just want to sell stuff but guide people to the best product for their application.
E-mail me at
fwdstuff@bigpond.com or you could phone me on 0409 593 414
Thanks heaps
Shane

yellowrunner2 and Hof who have given me some advice and from that I will add this to the site. Thanks
1. I will have a couple of kit combinations so newbs know what is usually required. And from that I will do number 2.
2. In the coils section give a detailed explanation on what they might need to perform the lift. Thanks yellowrunner2.
3. I haven't let people know on the site what brand some things are such as Superior Engineering. Thanks Hof
4. For 3" lift and higher give heaps of alternative shocks lengths and my recommendations for the height of the lift also shock configuration. Cheers badger will do.
Keep it coming. Need pics.

could i sudgest that as well as putting up the lift the manufacturer sugests the shock is to suit that you put up compressed and extended lengths as atleast 50% of people that do a bigger lift will use a different...... longer than recomended shock or the like
and perhapse info on if they are pin to pin or eye to eye etc.
would help alot more for the types that frequent outers
perhapse as a link off the info page

At the moment I need every vehicle combination so I will appreciate all emails. Flex pics would probably look better. As I receive them I will make a list.
Cheers

Hi Man Site looks great just thinking...
In the Hilux Suspension section i noticed you say IFS Rear Suspension
IFS = Independent Front Suspension
So you realy mean IRS right??
Independent Rear Suspension

Thanks for the heads up. It is meant to be independant front suspension type Hilux so not leaf leaf and then I go on to talk about the rear. It is ambiguous so I will have to change that.
Cheers.
So far I have a heap of work ahead of me with the advice so far but keep it coming.

I suppose I better setup my 6-7" lift section for your pics BIG GQ. I looked at your green rig in the members section, are these the pics you are talking about?
pm sent to you Dwaynes.
For those who I have sold suspension too, flex pics would be good if you have them if not any pic for now and those who I haven't sold kits too just normal flat ground pics.
Cheers again.
