Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Hi, I measured my son's 2002 V6 Triton rear end and found it will bolt in place of my 85 L300 rear end. It would increase the track for more inner guard clearance. Can anyone tell me what other years carry the 2002 type rear end and what ratios are out there. Mine is 4.875:1 and has 28 spline axles.
My never ending Holden V6 conversion is coming along. It now has a wrangler TC with super short output shaft kit. The jeep case bolted in place of the mitsi one. I used a 23 spline output in the holden trans though.
