Hello to everyone,
this is my first post and i have a couple of questions one or more of you may be able to answer, so here goes:
1. What year did the range rovers first have power steering?
2. Is the power steering off the newer model compatible with my 77 ange rover?
3. Is it a difficult task to adapt power steering to my rover?
i'd just like to say thanks in advance for any help you all may be able to offer.
cheers

Pretty easy, any complete pre serpentine (3.9 Disco) kit will work.
Most willrequire seals and adjustment. Easiest to take a complete kit off a vehicle so you have everything.

I'm in Toowoomba and will be stripping a rangey soon . It has a 253 holden in it but there might be enough bits to get you started. PM me tomorrow and you can have it cheep if it's any good to you.

If you can, try and get a (newer) 4-bolt PAS box. They are stronger than the older 3-bolt type.
