Outer Limits 4x4 Board

He is wanting to buy a Jeep and I said GO FOR IT!
Problem is I dont know enough about them and neither does he
Simply put: he is after a shorty and I think he is looking to spend around $18000.oo Max
1: Does any one have one with a Hard top, whats the cost of one anyway?
2: Which is the best model for his Price range?
3: He is looking for one with some mods but dosent have to be the biggest toy out there.

tell him to jump onto ausjeep (http://www.ausjeepoffroad.com) there is a couple of TJ's for sale there at the moment. Pretty sure one of them is asking 18k.
