import fog lights

has anyone tried changing the import factory fog lights, to aftermarket lamps still using the chrome housing?

yeah basically removing the yellow lens and replacing it with clear.

they dont have a brand name written on them?

yellow ones are factory so they are mitsu.

can you get some measurements for them and maybe compare them with ones from a shop or something?

All the OE yellow ones I've seen were made by Cibie, FWIW...jop wrote:yellow ones are factory so they are mitsu.

As a rule, in my experiance, the OE import spots are a different dia to the over the counter items and nothing interchanges.
