I saw a complete reco 22r on ebay for $1500.00 just type in hilux and scroll down maybe a few pages..

This would have been the buy of the century. Guy had it advertised elsewhere for $4400.00. It was everything you needed to do a conversion including the 2WD gearbox. Only thing missing was the radiator.
