Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Hey everyone I am new to this but i have a issue with the auto gearbox in my 12/94 discovery v8i... started out of no where 2nd 3rd an 4th vibrate really bad where locked in 1st does not vibrate at all only vibrates while accelerating. I have never owned a auto so this is new to me could it be clutches bands or is it the torque converter? if any one has any idea that would be great the strange thing is that the park now actually works rather than slipping.

Check the rubber donut between the rear diff and the tailshaft for distortion/damage. You might get lucky.
