Whatever you do.... DON"T go near RockyRoadOutfitters.
I just cancelled my order (2X lockers)after waiting a month and they still hadn't shipped. Very slow to reply to emails, unintelligible babble when they do.. Definatly don't get my smiley stamp.

RRO have always been good, easiest to deal with, credit card payment on the website, locker delivered in 4-5 days.

Calmini not wanting to send stuff to Australia must be something very new, I have had a couple of orders with them directly. And yes cheaper than having to go through an agent who by law has to add on GST at the very least (also possible import duties).

On the other hand I have found Trailtough awkward to deal with (not returning emails etc)

I think it might be a case of the individual staff member you are dealing with. At Calmini I dealt with David Kampa, prompt to reply to any email (allowing for us-aus time difference) By memory RRO was Glenn ??? also very good.
