Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Hi guys

I have bought a 90 mod mav for parts (burnt as they come)(crispy)(toast)
What I want to know is.

Has anyone used a burnt donk/gearbox before ,also I want to cut the side of the body out for another car will it be any good.
Or does fire bugger everything.

Any ideas?

has anything melted on the engine? if not you should be fine.

as for panels that are burnt they usually can never hold the paint for long and seem to rust through the paint...

any steel thats been burnt by a decent fire i wouldnt try and reuse.
how hot was the fire? i would rebuild the box even if it looks like its in good nic, you never know what happened inside it
