I actually need to replace mine too, it broke and I bent the end to get it on. But now my pedal feels too light. I'll ring Toyota tomorrow to see if I can get one. I'll post the answer.

Thanks for the pic. Any chance of the same pic but not as close up. So I can see the whole carbi. And is that off a 3F, fj62? Regards, Michael.

I've got 2 x carby's and now run EFI so could probably spare a couple?? Kinda wanted to sell the carbs as a whole though - otherwise pretty useless?? Let me know if you get stuck and maybe we can work something out. At least the spring will be cheap postage

I dnt need a spring yet. Im a mechanic that worked for Toyota for four years, mine has a after market return spring from the carbi to the bracket were the acc. cable locates with the lock nuts. there are two spring on the carbi genuine springs. one on the front and one one the back were the acc. cable connects aera. So I have three springs all up two genuine and one aftermarket. Anyway the carbi has had new throttle sharft bushes and since then the throttle plate dosnt want to reurn home fully, I have to streach the fuk out of the non gen spring to get the plate to close fully. As a result of this the acc. pedel is very hard to press down. So I want to see a pic of a genuine fj62 carbi setup to see the return spring setups. I just need pics please people of a genuine set up. the top pic is no good to close, I need pics of the front and back of the carbi on the car. Sorry for the long post, just letting people know I dont want a carb or a spring. JUST PICS!!! If I need a spring I will source one. Thanks, Mick.

Yeah, it's an 85 FJ62 3F, not the 3FE.
The first is the front of the carb, the next two are of the rear. (Bit hard to get the camera at the back of it) Let me know if you want me to try and take pics again.
Also I rang Toyota today, they don't sell the springs
