design for rear bar

Hi all,
Does anyone have any CAD drawings or similar sort of thing for how to design a rear bar with twin wheel carriers?
If it was for a solid axle 100 series that'd be awesome... but I don't really mind modifying / doing my own.
Lots of people have been making their own, and I think it'll be a good learning project with a mate who actually KNOWS how to use a MIG... I'll learn something!
We'll be taking our own measurements etc, but wondering as to design and how best to strengthen the various areas.
Things like how do we strengthen the outer wings, and corners so as to support twin 33" tyres?
We will be making the bars out of steel, but I dunno what type, guage, or shape is best to start out with...
I have done a bit of a search, but not come back with anyone who's actually put up a design... so any help would be appreciated!
Cheerio
Nick
