hub nut

anyone in melbourne know who sells hub nut spanners to suit rangies....called heaps of places and they reckon I'm nuts...
might have to find a socket...what is 2 1/16 " in mm...

1 1/16" should be 27mm IIRC repco should have one for around $5

2"=50.8mm
1/16=1.5875mm??
total= 52.3875mm.
i thought 4wd in blackburn rd. sell them. could be wrong??
remove with a chisel and take to a tool shop to size a socket. i have seen one and it looks like a tubesocket if i'mcorrect.

looks like 4wd spares is closed for the holidays...so you reckon a 53mm will fit

just make sure you canswap the socket and it does fit over axle and other stuff with the rachet on.

52mm is the size you require.
I have one that is 1/2 inch drive that I cut and lengthend so it fits with the 110cv's I have fitted to later narrow hubs with M/D axle sets.

All 4x4 spares have the correct tube spanners they are in Newcastle, they were $5 last i saw

4 Wheels Drives in Middleborough Road Blackburn has them for $7 or you can borrow mine if you like.

thanks daryl... i have striped th axles back as far as I can without undoing the nuts and will go there when they open again
