hey guys i was just wondering if anyone know where u can buy new lenses for front indicators an rear tail lights

i have about 10 sets of tail lights not even one decent set out of the lot of em
i seen one rear set sell new for 150 which i was a good price but havent seen any since

can get em in pommy land still.
Other than that try a place called 4 wheel drives in Blackburn south in melb.(03 98900500) they list them in there catalouge.
Indicator lenses 104.50
rear side 61-72
rear lamp lens depending on which one 121-160
Bloody expensive bits of plastic good luck.

There's been a few on Ebay recently. Not sure if there's some still listed but they pop up more often than not.

yer i have only seen second hand ones last set i saw new was about 3 months ago ant seen any decent ones since

they need a vin number ffs there all the same in the classic shape how can they need that !!!

Actually there is 2 different types

theres a difference???


umm whats the difference so i know what model i have as i have a heap of spare rear Quaters ranging from early first off rangies to lat 2 doors, maby 4 differnt pairs of rear light assemblys

Rear's changed in about 82 I think, but they mount the same, fronts changed in about 87, looked similar but different

sweet id assume that most of mine are all the same then all good

on my 89 the rear tail lights mount into the quarter panel different to my early ones they seem to have a bump in the housing that fits into a recess and the front parker indicators are one piece the lenses dont come off with screws (well they do now fitted the early ones)
Also all the wiring conectors are different to.

ahk well i have early indicators pritty sure there early tail lights as well


hmm might get em now as my springs arnt gonna be ready for another week or 2 apperntly dobinson are out of stock on the rover springs
