I not sure about the flex side of things, but those thornbirds are 
It has apparently got 5" Spring Lift 2" Spring spacers and a 3" Body lift

A bit overdone for my taste, and highly illegal. Looks like an American Disco as a guess.
Don't think the axles and diffs would last too long!!
