rock comp rules

I know I could probly look and find it somwhere but does a buggy need a steering wheel to compete in the Aus comps We rock, Oz rock ect?

I didn't say skid steer 
It wouldnt be any good any way loosing half your drive turning. Having normal hydro steer with a lever instead of a wheel like most rear steer setups.

Would be a pain in the arse. Plus you tend to use the steering wheel to help brace your self at times.
