Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Howdy all,
A mate is considering buying some Maxxis MTZ tyres for his truck. Anyone had any experience with these tyres?? Apparently they're a cross between a mud and an all terrain.... looking for opinions from those who have actually used them please.
