Easiest way to tell if my springs are standard height?

Does anyone know a good way to tell if Ive got standard springs in my GQ SWB?
Any measurements that someone would know would be good.
Google told me that my shocks are to suit a 50mm lift but I suspect that without my 3 inch bodylift that the Mav might be standard height. The springs are unmarked and black in colour.
If I can get a 2 inch spring lift in then I will reduce the bodylift which would be more convenient for pre made barwork.
here is a pic of one of the front springs, not sure if it helps.

from what i got told, between bumpstop and the bit it will hit in the front end of a gq patrol should be 60mm standard. not sure if the body lift will affect this? if it does, it will be 60mm+3" and any more is spring lift. if it doesnt then it should be 60mm, anymore is spring lift.

body lift wont affect that measurment, but im not sure if the measurement is corect, someone else might be able to check it,

Thanks guys, I just went and measured and it is 10cm between the bumpstop and that other bit.
The car is a on a very slight slope with the front end on the higher section so Ill remeasure tomorrow on flat ground.

body lift wont affect susp height at all

flat ground always helps

if your getting 100mm thats 40mm more than what ive been told you will get stock, so maybe a 2" lift thats sagged 10mm? im far from an expert in the 4wd field, but im learning. so dont take my word for it, but thats my thoughts on the matter

Standard height (no body or suspension lift) will measure 740mm from the bottom of a 15" rim to the steel lip on the guard - front & rear.
Hence if yours has 3" bodylift it should measure 815mm (or 827mm with 16" rims). Anything more is suspension lift.
Always measure on flat ground with wheels straight ahead. Drive straight in and stopped gently - sudden turns or stops into the flat area can effect the heights.
