Hi I have a couple of problems. Part of the way through my trip to Tassie I stopped to take a photo and when I went to drive off my traction control light came on and the right hand front wheel began locking up.There was a buzzing sound comming through the clutch pedal. After accelerating it stopped only to return each time I stopped, the brake caliper was cool even after prolonged driving. Dealer in Hobart said it was a fault code because my rear pads and discs were worn I have new ones to put on. The only visible problem is a leaking seal on the drive flange of the front diff which was not there before the trip. Also comming back the engine started to run rough under load getting worse as I got home seems to be running on 4 cylinders which can't be good for a td5!!

cant help with the TC question, but check the injector harness where it plugs into main engine loom, see if theres oil in it. If so, see if its made its way to the ECU. My TD5 110 had this fault (since sold) which sypmtoms included running rough/on 4 cylinders, my 2001 TD5 Disco has some oil in loom but until there is a pool at the ECU, dealership is not interested

Is a known fault

Thanks, I am aware of the harness problem but it appears clean. It seems that because I did not change discs and pads before I left the t/c fired up a default code and may have switched off the rear's. The problem might be in the left front (bearing?) and the right is sensing a problem and trying to equalise. Seems strange as I have isolated the abs and the problem is still with me. I will check it out and post for future. The rough running troubles me though.
