Outer Limits 4x4 Board

hello, right my fathers courier is having problems staring in the mornings, the fuel seems to be draining back and it has to prime itself before starting, so is there a non return valve or something that could be faulty or some thing along those lines, theres no leaks or drips so its got me beat

by the way its a 2.5td

any ideas?
