Tyres

Post by hiluxhardcore »

Hey, well im after some rare tyres, (well i think they are rare).

285x65R18

I Know there are some around, but i just cant find any, ive got 18x8 advanti rims, would these fit? or do i need a wider rim?

Also, im having trouble with this size because im after a ATR.

I have always used coopers, but i am willing to try a different brand.

These are going to go onto a 2007 Hilux SR5 Dual cab. If these are too big, whats the biggest tyre i will be able to get on it with out giving it any sort of lift.

Ive got a 2" suspension lift available straight away but i dont really want to do this.

Thanks!
Im here for the sausage!

Because I want it to look different to all the others.

So has anyone got any idea?

Try the brand 'General Grabber' - we buy them in at our shop and have put a few sets on Land Rover Discovery 3's. They make quite a bit in larger sizes that other manufacturer's don't do. We get them from Dynamic Wheels and Tyres - i think they're in Melbourne or Sydney.
