TURBO

Hey guys,
Another post for me, looks as if i may be picking up that GQ Ute i have been interested in.
Its only a standard 4.2 diesel, I am curious, does anyone know of someone on the Nth Side of Brissy that does turbos at a reasonable price and quality work??

i know of a supercharger kit on the sunshine coast for a very decent price, it is on ol in the forsale section. turbos though you really have to look for a decent price and dont expect to find something asap...

A supercharger on a diesel?? To be honest havent heard of that before! Whats the go with that! Can u do it? Why would u do it? Whats the difference between that and a turbo?

The main differences between the two are turbo, set and forget,low EGT's.
Supercharging, belt adjustment ,losing belts, very high EGT's,lower power for $$$,higher fuel consumption.
Turbo all the way.

Yeah i think i will stick with what i know. Now on that, what is the consensus on brand of turbo? ie; whats more reliable and doesnt cost an arm and a leg?
I hear garretts are good, and denco, what else is there?
