Worst I've got on the highway/freeway is 15lt per 100ks.

4x4ing is a different story, its more like 35lts to 100ks.

Around town I don't know. ATM I am driving mine everyday for work but the speedo isn't working so I don't know how many ks I've done over the last month or so of driving it. It has however surprised me with how slowly the fuel guage is going down

One thing I will say about them is if you have a heavy foot they WILL use the fuel in the blink of an eye, if you drive it normaly they are fairly good for a performance motor.

I used to get around 15l/100km when I had the 33s on.....but this went to 18l/100km when the 35s went on.

Best I ever got was the trip back from Tuff truck a couple years ago at 13l/100km.

Go to 36's and then air down to about 10psi, you'd be surprised how much differance it makes on fuel. Each and every motor does vairy a fair amount.

Mine running 35s and 4.8s does 13-14 around town, my best on the highway is 11.2L/100k doing 115km/h with the a/c on. I have found if the air filter is left to get to dirty it affects mine a fair bit.

As Guts said get into them and they will chew it, I can watch the fuel gauge move from a qtr of a tank if driving it hard. Last trip to DI I averaged 16L/100 that included soft sand driving also.

I assume the one you're looking at was the one on ebay last week. A 90 model. It looked good in the photos and with an opening bid of $9k, would be a good buy IMO. Hope he sells it. Would have cost him a heap more than that and he didn't get one bid.

I'm getting fairly poor figures at the moment, but mine is auto and I am still driving it heavy footed as it's only been on the road a couple of weeks, but I really don't care as I'll be getting LPG fitted in the next fortnight or so. It'll be the direct injection conversion, so power should actually be better than petrol and will cost about $4200 minus the $2k subsidy, but then I'll be able to drive it anyway I like without worrying about consumption.
