I thought with thos mods you are aslo in the fuel/ECU mods for fuel delivery ( as same as fuel pump ) but you are only in the engine section ?

this seems very interesting, i know i'd like to set up my 1fz when i get it to deliver 350-400hp.
but that could be a year off now.i'll be watching this thread.

I have turbo charged the 1fz fe motor in my 75 series and have a auto behind it and I am running a haltech e6x ecu the motor is stock out of a 100 series with haltech coils and igniters it is producing about 300hp at the treads with 15pd boost . would like more . but the dyno guys up here have said it is at its limit wich is b>>>>crap need to talk to someone that has played with these motors to see witch way to go.the turbo manifold is hand built spaghetti manifold with a gt30 to keep early spool

Mate-given you already have a good manifold by the sounds of it, aftermarket engine management and an automatic gearbox you are 90% of the way there.
Bounce me an email at the above address with more details of the rig and we can go from there.
Sean.

You are certainly correct there-fuel mods are required for anything over 5-6 psi or so.
Standard 1FZ injectors are good for an absolute maximum of 200-210rwkw, with a 55psi base pressure (about 15 psi over std). There are suitable injectors available for anything up to and over 800hp that are a direct fit into the factory fuel rail.
I haven't had much to do with the cruiser fuel pumps, but it is always good practice to fit a new, bigger pump when going to forced induction.(many options available here)
For mid range boost levels, interceptor fuel computers are best as they allow you to retain all the luxuries of the factory system (cold start, lean-burn, idle quality etc etc). Unichip etc
For racing or more serious boost levels, stand alone engine management is best. eg Motec, Autronic, Haltech, microtech, wolf etc (in roughly that order too
)
Cheers, Sean
ps-mods-thankyou for being flexible.

I read plenty info in IH8MUD ( where you stuff would be very apreciated ) about supra fuel pumps to increase the fuel delivery but almost to run 8 - 10 PSI .. some mods are requieres over the ECU read WOT traying to keep the mix at 12.3 or so ..
