Use the R151, R154, or R150 box out of the various turbo hilux/surf and V6 4runner's.
Will bolt up using the Marks adapter and i am led to believe, identical insides to the marks box, source is ozrunner.

Get hold of an R series box out of a Surf or a 4 Runner and the tailshafts will bolt up (not sure on length though)
The R series is a strong box for sure.
I think the R154 (Supra box) has a longer input shaft.

yeah well i might give those a go once my standard 5 speed from the 2.4 packs it in again it would have to be cheaper than buying one of those dyna gearboxes for $2500

Depends on wether or not the Dyna's are stronger than the R series, you would hope so, but even if they are the same it's a good price for a recoed unit.

Marks box basically has a new outer casing that is stronger.
