new tyres

Post by newbyferoza »

hey after a spare set of tyres for fourbying only, 31" preferably as I now have a 2" suspension lift and was wondering what would be the best brand and how much for five of them, I mainly drive through sand but am keen to start getting into the mud
have hundreds of mods planned by the year 2020

Well i guess most of them in the market such as the Bridgestone Deuler M/T, Kumho Powerguard M/T, BF Goodridge should be quiet similiar in performance.

I wonder if u guys can get hold of the Simex Centipede M/T in Oz. Currently that is what i'm using and it is fabulous. Unless u're mad and really extreme u wanna fit the Simex Extreme Trekker. Hehe.

can get centipedes in newcastle for around $160, similar elsewhere i assume. decent looking tyre, tread seems similar to the wrangler mtrs on the top, but no lugs on the side tho...

if it's just gonna be a spare set for weekends and stuff, look into motorway mongrels... hell agressive tread, got quoted $170 for em here. not rated for highway driving tho (cos they're monoform/retreads)

if ya not tight like me, go the simex extreme trekker
